Biotechne faced a unique challenge: managing multiple work areas within separate Marketo instances, leading to inefficiencies and silos within their marketing automation processes. We were able to combine all eight of Biotechne’s work areas into one centralized Marketo instance, resulting in a more efficient and streamlined marketing automation process. By combining the work areas, we eliminated silos and redundancies, which saved time and resources.

As part of the consolidation process, we introduced global forms, which streamlined Biotechne’s lead capture process and allowed them to standardize form fields across all work areas. This not only saved time and resources, but also ensured consistency and accuracy in lead data capture.

Additionally, we created a better model for lead scoring, which allowed Biotechne to more accurately prioritize leads based on their engagement and behavior. This resulted in a more effective lead management process, which in turn led to increased revenue and growth opportunities.
